3. Shipping
We offer free 24-hour dispatch from the United Kingdom, cold-chain packed and validated for up to 96 hours in transit. Delivery times vary by destination. Risk passes on delivery to the address you provide.
4. Returns
Because these are sensitive research reagents, opened items cannot be returned. If an order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours via WhatsApp and we will arrange a replacement of the affected items.
