Where we ship
PeptidesVerified ships to the United Kingdom and all European Union member states. We do not currently ship outside these regions.
Delivery timelines
United Kingdom
Standard delivery: 48 hours — tracked via Royal Mail. Orders placed before 4pm UK time are dispatched the same day. Free on all orders.
Express delivery: 24 hours — included free on 6-month (Optimisation) and 12-month (Elite) protocols.
European Union
Standard tracked delivery: 72 hours to most EU destinations. Free on all orders over £200.
Dispatch schedule
- Orders before 4pm UK weekdays → dispatched same day
- Orders after 4pm → dispatched next business day
- Weekend orders → dispatched Monday morning
Packaging
Every order ships in plain, unmarked outer packaging with a neutral sender name. Inside:
- Your peptide vials in protective foam
- Ice pack (if temperature-sensitive)
- Batch-specific Certificate of Analysis
- Dosing kit (BAC water, syringes, swabs)
- Discreet packing slip with no product names
Tracking your order
You'll receive a confirmation email with tracking number within 24 hours. Track via Royal Mail or the relevant EU courier using the link in the email.
If something goes wrong
Order not arrived?
UK orders typically arrive within 48 hours. If yours hasn't arrived within 7 days, WhatsApp us at +44 7490 300 294 and we'll investigate immediately.
Package arrived damaged?
Photograph packaging and contents. Email contact@peptidesverified.co.uk within 48 hours and we ship a free replacement.
Customs (EU only): All EU shipments dispatched with correct customs declarations. In the rare case of a delay, we cover any additional import duty up to £30 — email us with the customs receipt.
